I ordered, for my wife, Refurbished wrinkle cream" from Riskincare/RadialLabs, advertised as a RISK FREE Free trial and paid $9.3 for post and packing.
I was later additionally charged $109.3 on 27 October for this, but did not notice this on my credit card bill.
I also ordered, on the same day, Dermalift at full cost of $46.8.
On 8 November I received to my surprise a repeat order of both of the items and was billed $109.3 and $46.8 for these on my credit card.
I phoned RadialLabs and was told that I had received these because I had not cancelled my order and that this was in the small print, however this was made deliberately obtuse so I had not noticed it. I had to separately phone
Dermalift on a different phone number (877 778 8243) than the one given on the two 'RadialLabs' despatch notes from 'RadialLabs' and got the same story from 'Dermalift'.
In order to return these I got an RMA from both 'companies' and was told that the $109.3 and $46.8 would be refunded 23 to 30 days after receipt of the products. Having tracked receipt of these to the same Gatwick UK return address, this time has yet to elapse, so we will see!
I also asked both Dermalift & RadialLabs to cancel my "orders" which I am told that they have done, having phoned up again on 9 November 2011 to query the charge of $109.3 on 27 October, the one I initially failed to notice. I was told that this charge was because I had not cancelled my order after 18 days of the 'Risk Free Free Trial', some "Free Trial". There
is no possibility of getting a refund of this because the small print, however this is not made clear on ordering or receipt of product.
My advice is DO NOT order anything from RadialLabs or Dermalift, which appear to be the same company, unless you are aware of their deliberately misleading advertising and small print!
I will now be very sceptical about free or reduced priced offers from any company, having surprisingly fallen for what I consider to be a scam.
