on 03/08/11the sum of 74.95 was drafted from my credit card, The trial product from radialabs which cost $1.00 plus shiping and handling was returned to the company whose customer service address is in Hollywood Florida, under Radialabs 3286 N.29 Ct Hollywood Fl.3020.

I have been trying since 05/28/11 to have my money crediteback to my account, I have spoken to several people who promised to take care of the situation, Finally on this day 08/30/11, I was told by agent #22 and agent #108, that they have been unable to process my claim, amd that I must file a dispute with my bank
