RebateHQ Brother FAX775 $30 Rebate Miami, Florida

Bought Brother FAX775 thru Circuit City on 8/13/06.
They offered two rebates: one for $10 and another one for $30. Got the one of $10 after 3 months or so. When contacted for the status of the $30 one on 10/16/06, was told that it was going to be mailed on 11/27/06.Never got it. Called again on 12/27 and was told that is going out on 1/8/07. Never got it.
They have changed their "customer service" thru telephone. Now, there is no way to talk to a live person.
