This is hopefully the final review of the Reliable Service Co,

Included are the links to web pages from their fraudulent website and interpretation of the terms in it, all of witch are misleading and created by the owner / operator - Ruslan Grub in order to scam you out of your hard earned cash

There is illegal BBB sign on their website and according to BBB, they are not a member. In fact, there are 42 complaints filed against them during the last 36 months.

1) On their Reliable Service Co. web page, under Job page they clearly stating to the new techs that the more they charge, the more money the Tech makes. They do not use any pricing structure. They do not care about the client or the knowledge of their Tech :

"Everyone works on commission. The better you sell the higher your commission will become and more you will earn"

2) On their Contact Us page they say :
"Our technicians undergo extensive training and qualification to provide expert service"
This is not true, because they do not have any training and the only way they train is on the job - from each other.

3) "All technicians undergo a background check and annual assessment on regular basis"
This is not true - They do not do any checks and they use the Techs who can very well be criminals. All of the Techs are Independent Contractors, meaning that Reliable Service Co. have no liability to you!

4) "Our offices are located through out all major counties to provide fast service"
This is not true, because the only office they ever had is the one located at 324 Coogan Way in El Cajon, CA 92020
