I was looking to contact BBB of Central Florida regarding RIU, this company is ripping off everyone, like myself, who has joined them. They overcharge for the service that they promise and do nothing but collect. I have not heard of 1 customer that I have contacted that has received a purchase call on their units.
RIU's salesperson, Jaime Wolf, lyed about everything she said from their advertising campaign to how many units they can sell, even as I read from another NC man who was able to get his money back, how fast they sell. She said that guarantee they can sell your timeshare or they will give you a free trip.
I have tried to contact Jaime Wolf over 10x's and asked for managers to contact me, emailed several times and not once have I rec'd a call back. There is nothing ligit about this company at all. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM CONSUMERS !!!!
I would like to rally all consumers to file a suit against them so they can show the courts their succcessful they have not been and put the lying and deceptive people who started this company in jail. Please contact me if you are experiencing this too. Thanks

maybe they sold your 2 properties because you work for them, i noticed your name in another post. this is a prime example of how shady Resorts International Unlimited is.
i am posting on this site because Resorts International Unlimited is refusing to refund my money. they falsely advertised, flat out lied to me, and they are knowingly doing it to other people as well. i will continue to post on this site under every thread i can find with their name on it until they agree to refund my 825.00. do not give this company your credit card number!

For an update- I did speak with Samantha @ RIU and she was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns. I no longer have any doings with RIU and will not in the future, but she was their saving grace to getting me off their backs. Fortunately for RIU, they do have a manager that is willing to call customers back and prevent additional issues. Thanks Rip-off Reports.com for your assistance.

As the manager of Resorts International Unlimited I would like to speak with Jeff personally to discuss his complaint with the company and try to resolve his concern.
As you know not everyone can be satisified, however we do strive to address all concerns and unsatisified customers. I would like to apologize to him for his calls not being returned as this is not how we like clients to be treated.
Resorts International Unlimited is an internet marketing and advertising company for individual timeshare owners who want to rent or sale their timeshare. Advertisers receive a individual page on our website and Resorts International Unlimited does additional advertising at the companies expense to draw buyers and renters to the site.
