Resorts International Unlimited Ripped me off of my monies; lied to me; never responded to my msgs; never forwarded any inquiries to me about the sale or rental of my timeshare Longwood Florida

Tom Parker informed me they would send me inquiries in regards to the selling or renting of my timeshare. All inquiries would be forwarded to me which would allow me to negotiate the sale or rental w/o the involvement of any brokers or any commission fees. Also, they would advertise until rented or sold.

After 6 months, if not sold, then the company would renew the ad at their expense. I signed the contract and paid the monies on March 30, 2004 ($685.00). After making several inquiries, I was informed by Lisa Sharpe on 09/28/04 there was no TP at this business. I was also informed on the same date by the company's operator, there was no listing for a T.P. I had spoken with T.P. on several occassions and he informed me that everything was being handled. I left several msgs for L.S. to return my calls - no responses. I changed prices on sales and rentals to really get it off my hand. The last I called was 01/21/05, because all I kept getting was Lisa Sharpe's answering machine. Left msgs for Melinda Martinez on several occassions - no response.

I spoke to a John Adams , Scott, Samantha (Mgr) and a Jacqueline (cust svc reps) who would always transfer me. Mr Parker had informed me that he worked with the conventions when they would come to Orlando and had personnel looking for timeshares to rent or sell and that I would have no problem with either. I still have not received a status on the sale or rental of my timeshare til this date and have tried making contact. I left another msg on today 05/22/07. Please assist in this matter.
