Revived Youth face creme internet ad (Pop-Up) advertised as " Biggest deal ever on Shark Tank" -( $2.5 million deal) They offered sample for $4.95 plus $1.99 for shipping and insurance.  Less than 2 weeks later my account was charged $97. + change and $92. + change for "subscription".

Called them to cancel and was told could cancel my subscription and  give me 35% refund because the Conditions and Terms of the offer were on page I ordered from.  I argued with them as I am careful when ordering anything like this online.  I saw no "tab" or any other refrence to Terms and Conditions on the ad. I looked online to find the Shark Tank episode they claimed it was aired and cannot find it.

Have filed a dispute over charges with my bank and so far have recieved full refund of one of the products and expect the second in next day or two.  Also am filing complaint with my State's  Attorney Generals Office.

As I have researched more online I am finding the same offer under various different product names.  What I have noticed is the mailing address of each of them is exactly the same except for the P.O. Box number.  All are in St. Petersburg, FL with same zip code of 33705.

I was told that I must return the sample product I paid for at my expense and the cost for them would not be refunded.  If I did not do this, they would not refund anything.  What a Scam! What are they going to do with it? Re using it is a scary thought.  The sample (1 jar and 1 bottle) is a mere 0.39 lbs. and I would guess two thirds of this is the packaging.

I also asked about the $1.99 I paid for shipping and was told that was shipping and insurance, so if the product was damaged in shipment it could be replaced.  I wonder about this also as I always thought insurance was a choice not mandatory.

Got My Money Back!!

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 15, 2017

Today I am pleased to report I recieved a credit on my account for all of the "Subscription Cost".  This was mainly due to my bank getting involved and the directions of some family members in the "Legal" professions.  I was told I had to return the "Trial" jars I had paid the $4.95 and $1.99 for, but never sent me a address as promised.  I have been reading other complaints of same experience.  It seems odd that no matter what product is called the scenario is the same: Trial" =$4.95 (or close) Subscription= $90.00+ (or close) Refund = "NONE" or small percentage. Customer service rude and script reading and NEVER a Supervisor available. No place on ad regarding "Terms and Conditions.

Keep pushing if you have not recieved refund, Wonder how much money they are making on "Cancelled Subscriptions" they are marketed under so many different names. Hope a class actions suit is filed. PLEASE let me know.
