Revived Youth Revived Youth Cream, Scam -Lied and made invalid charge California

SCAM! I ordered two products for a trial period of 14 days with a $4.95 shipping charge. I didn't see anywhere that there was going to be a $97 & $92 charge for each product after that. When I saw my bank statement, I called the company to cancel. The recording gave me an option to cancel and keep the products for $38. I chose that option. A week or so later I saw there was no refund and I was charged an additional $38!. I called the company. They said that they will cancel the subscription and refund the $97 and $92 charge. I expressly asked several times, just to be clear, if he was sure that the subscription would be cancelled, funds will be credited back and that I don't need to shop the product back. He said yes! I said, "are you sure", I have the unused product and I'm willing to ship it back! He said, no need and I will receive an email confirmation... a week later and no credit. I called today. They said that since my subscription was cancelled, they can only refund the $38. How does this make sense? You can refund the $38 but not the $97 or $92? I'm so mad... Anyhow, I shipped the product back and I opened a claim with my bank.
