 Please please use caution anytime you see a Rick Hendrick dealership! Our car purchased at mall of GA Mini a Rick Hendrick dealership died after 1 year. We are furious. The dealer even jokingly said it would not last more than 2 years when we purchased it. They knew the car was no good. Now my family suffers because of their greed. Please do yourself a favor and find an ethical dealer.

 It isn't surprising what happened to you! This guy is pure slime and comes from the same mold as Bogus Billy Heard. The stench of this guy is well known within the industry as well as the legal community. I urge you to read up on him, his jail time, his bribery cases, his con-game to get out of jail. All this is well known among the dealer community. Just hope he never comes to your town. You will need to evacuate due to the smell.

Hendrick Chevrolet Of Hoover Hendrick Motorsports Rick Hendrick Chevrolet On 2/12/19, I purchased a new Crate Engine (Part #19329865) from Hendrick Chevrolet Hoover, Al for my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali (Total $4201.13) I had the Engine installed beginning on 2/16/19 and completed on 2/24/19. I test drove the vehicle on 2/27/19 and within 2 miles, the Engine started knocking. On 2/28/19, I towed the Yukon to Hendrick Chevrolet in Hoover, Al. From 2/28/19 to 3/15/19, I was repeatedly lied to and misled by Jerry Deemer the Service Manager and Nate Dodson the Service Writer. On 3/15/19, I received an email that they would not be replacing the Engine under the Warranty. I returned to Hendrick Chevrolet the same day and picked up my Yukon and a disassembled Engine to tow it home. The Engine that I was given on 3/15/19 was not the new Engine that I purchased on 2/12/19. know this because I had marked the Heads of the Engine prior to dropping it off on 2/28/19. Hoover Al

Rick Hendrick Auto Group I recently brought a car from Rick Hendrick back in Sept 2013. The experience was horrible. The sales person I had was a con. I brought a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta and thought I purchased the car of my dream only to find out later that the engine was replaced and the passenger side axle was replaced. When the deal happened the salesperson gave me a 2 page car fax that didnt have the mechanical problems listed. I have tried to settle this with the dealership. They offered me another car with $1000 down again. I believe I was a victim of consumer fraud so I'm taking my case further. North Charleston South Carolina
