Paid them 8000.00 in December of 2012 for a UTV, plow and upgraded shocks. Didnt recieve the UTV until April of 2013 after numerous phone calls, emails and such. It wasnt until i threatened them with legal action that i received the UTV almost 4 months after paying for it. We still to this date havent received the plow! I was on a business trip in November of 2013 and i stopped in. They gave me the springs at that time and gave me a sob story about the plow. They told me that it would be delivered in 1 week. 4 weeks later, still no plow! They wont return my phone calls or emails. We paid 700.00 for a plow we have never received and it doesnt seem like they intent to either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Take them to small claims court

You have waited a very long time for the plow. Since you have all the documentation to show what you paid and the contract for purchase, just take them to small claims court. Yes, it makes it difficult to go this extra step, but it's better than losing the money on the plow. Good luck.
