I order this motor scooter online from Riders Wholesale/Mooser Moto.they talk about being the best company with the best customer service.the bike i purchased is a brand n ew 2008 scooter with no miles on it.when i 1st got it in the crate the shipping company damaged it in shipping.i was told by Riders wholesale to take note of the damages and take pictures so it would documented i did this and kept the scooter because Riderswholesale said they would send me the parfts to fix this. now this company states they have the scooters in there warehouse..who knows maybe they do maybe they dont ..more than likely not .sunrise international ships the bike and it more than likely comes from there warehouse in georgia.

anyways this compnay has lied to me so many times its a d**n shame..i purchased this bike on the 8th of march i had to threatin them with the atorney general in florida(i did contact them and give them riderswholesale's info to that office so it's documented) im totally blown away its been almost 3 weeks and no parts to fix my bike. i have a bike i cannot even enjoy. i keep getting told my parts have been sent.but i feel this is just a delay for them cause each time i get told this its a few days that i leave them be.my last email i recieved the girl assured me i would have the parts(just like the other previous 4 times she told me this to)Riders Wholesale saounds good with there advertisements but i did later find out that they had 42 better buisness marks against them (not good) i usally look for things like this but it didnt come up as Riderswholesale it came up as Mooser Moto(same company)....(heres my last email I can get them and I will get them. I will forward you the tracking information by this evening or tomorrow morning. They did not ship but theywill.

well i didn't get anything from her last night and here it is at 8:30 am and i have not gotten anything from her again. so here iam at my favorite site. buyer beware not all is golden with cheeper prices. stay away from Riders Wholesale they will hold you hostage. i would not recomend this company even though i gave them a good review. once i gave them the review is when my trouble started. BEWARE
