Well I should have listened to ripoff to start with. because that is exactly what this company is. They will tell you anything until they get your money and then all you hear is we need this and that and everything is looking good.just monday i was told that thing looked good and on tuesday i received a letter from asc that loan mod was turned down. so they will tell you anything to get you hooked and then you have ahard time getting in touch with them . i dealt with 3 different one and all i see they don was tell me one story after another. i can call names and i will if they dont give me satifaction with in the next 24 hours.

so this is not the last you will hear from me and they are a rip off do not do business with them at all. you do all the paper work and they do nothing but ask you to fax them more of the same thing over and over. i have tried to girt them by email and phone with no results and that steven are you even real because in my opion you are just a front and that is the way this company or what they call them selves . are they take your money and that is it . the first time i reported them they called that day and said they would take care of this and give me phone number to contact if i could not get with the ones handling this matter but they will not answer or call you bak so they did nothing but take me as a fool. and i want everyone to read this so you dont get taken by this bunch. they go by several names
