Roduve Healthcare Solutions Will not honor their 100% guarantee; I ordered too much product !!! internet, Internet

Ordered Slimweight Patch for weightloss November 14, 2011, one month supply (30). Finally received product 4 weeks later December 5, 2011. Started using them immediately. Used product faithfully for 4 months. No weight loss, no change in appetite. Nothing that their ad stated happened. Gave up after 4 months attempted to contact them for the 100% guarantee.

They wanted product returned. Informed them I used them all. No other response, inquiry was closed. E-mailed a second time. Response said I didn't qualify for refund if there was no product to return. Then immediately e-mailed me to ignore that response and give them the order number and he would help. E-mailed them order numbers. You must send new e-mail each time; can't reply to theirs because the inquiries are "closed" after they respond to you. Received e-mail stating "you do not qualify for refund due to you re-ordering product, which indicates you were seeing results".

I reordered right away because it took one month to receive the 1st order and I didn't want to run out while trying. Ordered additional 3 month supply was cheaper than 30 days at a time.

So they refuse to refund and honor their 100% guarantee because essentially I ordered too much of their product and used it all. The company information FAQ's says that it takes longer than 2 wks for some people to see results. I honestly thought they would work in time; gave it every chance.

Do not try unless you can afford to lose the money you spend; in my case $103.23. Another ripoff...avoid Roduve Slimweight Patches.
