Roofing Nation Window Nation I never got a roof after they signed a contract. Lots of bait and switch Glen Burnie Maryland

I don't like to feel threatened so they cashed my check and they owe us a refund of $3850 and we were told that it would take 10 business days, I need a roof so I feel they did a bait and switch with us. The customer service manager was of no value and he didn't want to give us the owners number. They told us we can call the bank and stop payment - stop payment when the check has already cleared on Thursday- 19 April. I told the salesman on 18 April not to cash the check and they pushed the check thru. The customer service manager said that he can cancel the contract at any time and there is nothing we can do. Why sign a contract as it is unilateral with the business is going to always win. I will put this on goggle and also YELP. The bad thing is that we are a returning customer. I don't want anything from them - my money should have been returned immediately. Roofing Nation will never get a good evaluation from me!!!
