After working for this company for only 6 months, I found out how low this company can go. First they lie to consumers saying they have been in business for over 40 years, when in fact they have been in business for less than 10 years. 

They sell windows, doors and roofing. Their "roofing division" just started last year! They tell us to tell customers that it has been around for 30 years. They won't let customers out of contracts harrass them. 

When I had enough and told the owner I was done he could care less. Now weeks later they will not pay me commissionhave had coming. They issue you a iPad which needs to be returned, which I totally understand, but you pay them a $250 deposit when you start. The agreement states when you return the company issued iPad, you will receive your deposit back minus $99 for the apple care. I spoke with the owner and he said, sorry we are not giving your money back. 

I gave them the equipment back over 2 weeks ago, and now when I really need that money they are illegally keeping it. I plan to file a complaint with the local labor division for it, but that will probably take forever. Please anyone seeing this, one, don't have this company do any work for you and 2, do not work for this company!!

It's nice to see the owners of this company just bought a $100,000 Benz, and the other had a Danish sports car imported just for him, but keep their employees hard earned money. That must be how they get it!! 

Unlike them, I have ethics and morals.

I have already spoke with Aaron Magden and have updated this post reflecting our discussion. I AM NOT the author of the other posted report titled under window nation, which is from some other person. I have spoke with the owner and retracted this post as requested by Mr. Magden. If you look in this listing you will see "Update Employee retracts post." Mr. Magden will confirm this. Again I'm not the author of the other post you have subpoenaed, I updated and retracted mine and will cooperate with any request for information. I also can testify if needed to that effect. Update!! Employee retracts above complaint.

I am the author off the original report. When I wrote the above report, I was a upset ex-employee. I hereby retract the entire complaint, Window Nation is a very reputable company. The company and it's owners have gone out of their way to take care of me. Instead of writing the complaints, I should have first spoke with the owner to try and resolve any issues. I apologize for any and all inconveniences and issues the above report caused. Really this site should not be relied upon for factual information. If you are looking for real factual honest reviews by real customers, look on Angie's List, BBB possibly. Guild Quality. Window Nation has an amazing customer service rating on Guild Quality of 97%. They are also a 4 time Angie's List Super Service Award winner, which is the top 5% of all remodeling organizations. They also retain a A+ rating on BBB and Angie's List. Again the above comments are by a ex-employee, me. I apologize, under no threat or coersion by the above company.

Window Nation takes pride in coducting business in a professional and ethical manner with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.  As part of the sales training process it is explained to all new sales representatives the importance of meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations.  Our straightfoward explanation of the products and services we provide as well as the years of experience of the Window Nation staff has helped us successfully assist thousands of very happy Window Nation customers.

In regards to employment inquiries, Window Nation's protocol is to strictly adhere to all appropriate rules and regulations.  Also, Window Nation explains its internal policies and procedures to all newly hired employees when they begin their employment with the company.  Included in the policies and procedures is a section dedicated to addressing disputes.  Window Nation takes employee issues very seriously, and reviews and answers such disputes in a timely manner.  To date, the former employee, who posted this comment, has not filed a dispute with the company regarding the concerns he has mentioned.

I am currently working for the company, and I see what's stated above happen all the time. Sales reps leave all the time, because you're just a number here. If you're not selling this week you're worthless. I have seen previous employees return all the company's property, and then they never give them their iPad deposit or commissions due back. A few have come to the office really mad. One day they are going to screw the wrong person over, and have a real problem on their hands. I had to comment when I saw this on a google search for Window Nation, as I'm leaving soon myself cause I can't take this anymore. This now comes up on every google search for them, and will hurt their business. Good job to whoever posted this, shows these companies that they just can't screw anyone over like this. I know the owners found this, they were pretty upset. Maybe they will make things right for this person, probably not. Good luck to the OP.

if you take weekends off to see your kids, they will let you go! Glad I'm not there anymore, left months ago.
