Runwayco Company forgot to put word FAKE before word burberry scarf Pompano Beach Florida

So first off all, I decided to get a Burberry scarf for my husband for Christmas.He loved it when we were shopping at Saks 5th Ave in New York. I love shopping online and looking for good deals.
$146 for Burberry scarf sounded good to me.So I ordered it on December 9th to be sure I'd get it before Christmas.

To be sure. hmmm.I recived it on December 26th. When I realised I wouldn't get it by Christmas I got my husband something else promising him surprise after Christmas. On 26th I worked so I sent my husband to the post office. On a phone with him I found out the package came from China what made me very upset. Burberry from China?When they advertise a scarf as made in England...long way to USA.

So yes, we opened it, and 100% cashmere appeared to be maybe 1% cashmere. The scarf was itchy and DID NOT look real. So I emailed runwayco.com expressing my dissapointment and fact I could get same fake item in Chinatown for $20. Their answer was:

Yes,replica items. Too bad they don't put "replica" word before "Burberry" at the website. And $146 for replica is a little expensive(I got a real one at Saks yesterday for $186)
Now I'm finding out there's no refunds, and after reading somebody's else report I doubt I could exchange it. But on the other hand...exchange for what?fake jeans or stained shirt? hmmm.
Be aware and please DO NOT THINK ABOUT BUING DESIGNER ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A REAL RIP OFF!
