First of all, left emails for the "online operator" who never answered my questions regarding availability of sizes, colors, etc.
Since the Juicy Couture tracksuit is quite expensive , and this was a present for my 11 yr. old, I decided to order from this company since the price was much less. It was against my better judgement, though.
Ordered the item, which the billing goes through Google. The funny thing is, my charge card was charged the same day that I placed the order, but I received no shipping info at that time and assumed the item was instock, since I was charged for it.
Tried sending 3 emails to the company that were never answered and Google sent me generic answers, which surprised me.
Finally 5 days later, got an email from the company that the item was shipped, after I threatened to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. But didn't receive a tracking number. Emailed the company for the tracking number and then received an email 4 days after it was "shipped" that the item is "backordered" and my order was cancelled. Hopefully I will get my money back. take it from me-- do not order from this company

i have nothing to do with this, but its hard to take a lawyer seriously and quite humorous when a "lawyer" doesn't even spell libel right.

Runwayco is a legitimate company and NOT a scam. Even though my order was not treated up to par and because of that, I have 5 days to figure out how to replace the present that was ordered. I'm sure Runwayco is a great company to order from, as they have many repeat consumers. It may take a little longer than expected to receive the item, but you will receive it. I wish that they would've given me the option insted of cancelling it without asking me first. Who wouldn't like a Juicy tracksuit for half the price :)

This is in response to Ms. Nancy, who is being sued for lible for the above post.
We are a totally and completely honest company with a strong repeat customer loyalty base. We receive into our site 200 new customers per day.
During the holiday season, there were some fulfillment delays, and the buyers were promptly notified and refunded for orders that were unable to be guaranteed delivered by Christmas.
For this consumer personally, we were extremely professional with her, her comments with regard to the implication of fraud are without merit and she now faces a legal suit for it. She was also FULLY refunded.
Having a bad experience, and believe me not many do from our site, does NOT give you the right to accuse a company of ripping people off in a public way or claiming they are fraudulent.
