untrue statement by rush my passport

AUTHOR: ramona berry - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, July 21, 2011

I contacted on their web site and requested to remove the charges, and left numerous messages, Paula and her supervisor was informed prior to 30 days.  Which her supervisor stated she found the dispute on their email complaint system.  She even went further and said she would contact me after she s/w her supervisor.  I never received a return phone call.  I have been disputing this since the middle of June 2011.  she even stated that the person was schedule for appointment last Monday, I told her this is illegal and I have not heard from her since.  I want this removed from my credit card.  Obviously no one went to do a passport otherwise it would have been done by now.

A customer placed an order on RushMyPassport.com on June
11, 2011 using Ramona Berry's credit card.  The passport specialist assigned to this case spoke with the customer on multiple occasions to assist her in procuring her passport. Several days later the customer sent an email requesting the order be canceled. She was informed that she was
outside of the cancellation policy.

A month later we received a call from Ramona Berry stating that she did not authorize this credit card charge and does not know a the customer who placed the order, although their travel date and destination were exactly the same, and that this was a fraudulent charge.  Ramona Berry also stated that she has received multiple false charges to her credit card from various other companies not relating to passports.

We wanted to assist her in rectifying the situation.  The accounting manager simply requested that she submit a copy of a report showing that she reported the fraudulent use of her credit card. Ramona's response was "I do not have time for that".  After multiple "apparently" fraudulent charges to her credit card Ramona is still not interested in resolving this issue.

RushMyPassport.com does not falsify information nor do we fraudulently charge customers credit cards.  An order was placed on our website giving permission for the card to be charged.  If Ramona can provide any paperwork to our company proving that she did not give permission to have her card charged we would immediatley assist her in getting a refund.
