Rush My Passport False Advertisement at it's best! Internet

I was excited to see I may be able to get my Passport in 5-7 days at highly advertised by RUSH MY PASSPORT.  "Wow, how times have changed", I thought!  I clicked on this site and followed all the directions then entered my credit card information.  Then I recieve an email indicating that I must fill out all the forms and once the forms are recieved then it will take 5-7 days.  As advertised, THAT IS NOT 5-7 days!  This was not going to work for me.    This is criminal in my eyes!  To top it off, when I requested my money back the case workers said there was a $50 nonrefundable fee!  I told them strongly that this was not right and all my money should be refunded.  I asked for a manager. Apparently, there are no supervisors or managers only case workers.  I asked for their legal department's phone number.  They refused. Again I was given no help.  THIS COMPANY PROVIDED NO SERVICES and FALSLY ADVERTISES!   I feel foolish that I fell for this! HOW can I share with others about this ripoff website and to get all my money back?  They are literally stealing money from the public!
