My tax has been on hold since january 25th. I called all day on the 25th they didn't have it. I call this morning january 28th and they have it on hold. 1. why didn't anyone call me?

The requested a drive license, W2 and Social security. I don't have a drive license so I sent them my ID. I wait for 3 hours called Rushcard and was told to go get a driver license. After telling the lady I can't. she puts me on hold for 3-4 times. Then comes back to tell me corporate will be calling me because I don't have a driver license. What kind of mess is that? So does anyone knows rushcard corporate number. Which I really don't think it's one.

I can't believe Russell Simmons is with this. Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do?
