Rushmore loan management services HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Other

In April 2018 I received a letter from our mortgage company stating that our loan was being transferred to Rushmore mortgage company. I am mediately look this company up on the Better Business Bureau website and was happy to see the A+ rating, until I read the reviews. I have no idea how this company has received an A+ rating when I would very horrible reviews and complaints. Our loan was officially transferred on May 2, 2018, at that time we were in the middle of a loss mitigation settlement with Roundpoint Mortgage. Roundpoint Mortgage assured us that Rushmore would pick up exactly where they were leaving off. A couple weeks later after numerous calls to follow up, we were told that our loss medication had been denied for a loan modification. We were told that we could not appeal this decision but had to reapply. I sent all of the requested information promptly and was assigned a "loss mitigation specialist point of contact”. Her name is Sharonda Sanders.

In the past two weeks of them receiving and forwarding our completed loss mitigation packet, I have called Sharonda Sanders 14+ times and left voicemails, I have also sent secured messages over at their website, and spoken to customer service representatives who told me they were not able to answer any of my questions, or help me, everything had to be directed to Sharonda Sanders. They will not accept any payments, they said that all payments had to be received by our point of contact. I feel that Rushmore mortgage company is very eager for us to foreclose. We have a lot of equity in our house, approximately 30%. They are absolutely sabotaging of our efforts to get our mortgage caught up. ***If you have the option to either work with this company or not, my advice is RUN RUN RUN! Run as fast as you can away from Rushmore mortgage company!
