Rust Consulting P.O. Box 2990 Varibault, Minnesota 55021 Unethical Company ,FRAUD, Supposed to handle Independent Foreclosure Review check disbursements to victims of Chase Home Finance Foreclosures Faribault Minnesota

The government (or someone) assigned the handling of the payouts for the illegal foreclosures about 20 banks did and the checks for the victims (me included) was supposed to be sent out by the middle of August, 2013. Mine was supposedly sent and then sent back because of course Chase Home Finance finally foreclosed on my home on May 24, 2013. This had been ongoing since 2009. I tried for 8 times to get a loan modification but the reviewers were so incompetent that they kept refusing to reduce the amount of my loan. Therefore because this was evidently a common thing, the government who were touting the making home affordable program which never did, decided to compensate us poor citizens by giving Rust Consulting the job of sending checks to help defray all our pain of losing our homes. My check never came. I filled out address changes, sent all paperwork back to Rust Consulting and still to this day have not received a check. I have called 4 times and every time after about 30 minutes on hold, I am assured that I should call back in 4 - 6 weeks and that all this takes time. Well it is taking too MUCH time and this is getting very old. Something should be done. First the foreclosure and now this. I just want something done about this as I am sure from the reports on The Ripoff Report that I am not alone in this.
