Rust Consulting, Inc. Holding unclaimed money of mine but no way of getting it. Minneapolis Minnesota

I received a letter from State of California Controllers office informing me that  RUST CONSULTING has unclaimed property (money) belonging to me.  The letter provided me with a phone number to Rust Consulting.  I have called 7 times and left message on their automated telephone system.  The recording informs me that I will recieve a response within 48 hours.  After 2 weeks of calling, they still have not returned my call.  There is no option of speaking to a "live" person, so all I can do is continue leaving them messages with the hopes they will return my call before the 3 week deadline to claim my money is imposed. 

  I'm sure the businesses who retain their services to process financial distributions of claims have no problem reaching them.  It's on;ly the individuals who are entitled  to a distribution that cannot reach Rust Consulting.  Terrible, terrible customer service.

  I am at their mercy to get the money they are holding that belongs to ME.
