Rust Consulting, Inc. Pay consultants appear to be up to no good Faribault Maine

 This Company was hired to get payment out for the Independent Foreclosure Review but they seem to have a problem with you if you call in to change your address with them. They provide their phone number for you to call but if you call, you get the run around. I believe they want to try to keep some of the people's monies that are suppossed  to get paid from the Independent Foreclosure Reivew. Anyone who is having trouble calling in to report an address change should file a complaint with the Attorney General in Maine and the Comptroller of the Currency. If you go to the Comptroller of the Currency web site, it states that all monies for the Independent Foreclosure Review should be complete by the end of July, but the scammers at Rust Consulting, Inc. want to keep the process going so that they can steal more money from already low income individuals. If Rust Consulting could not handle changing an address over the phone, they should not have accepted the job of being the payment agent. This program is for low income people that lost their homes due to foreclosure and most likely are still low income. Rust Consulting, Inc. should not oppress the poor just because they want to call in to change their address.  I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General to get them to change my address and them they claim it could take up to December when they already have the monies to pay out. When you call, the retired, non-legal, unprofessional people that answer the telephones never let you speak with a supervisor or anyone in authority. They hire anyone from outside without any legal background and that is why the hired help think they can get away with changing your address. Anyone you do business with should be able to change your address if you call in and checks should be completly mailed out by the end of July not the end of this year.
