Sallie Mae Denial of service | Flooding phone calls | Unprofessional staff | Interest on loan Panama City, Florida

Denial of service, harassment, and an interest rate that amounts to twice the amount of the original loan per year.  Sallie Mae private loan department attacked my phone today with their automated dialing system. Denial of service causing my phone to not function. Call every minute for many hours. I have been without substantial income for the past year and they know I can not pay them.

It is noted in their system I am sure but they continue to harass and threatened recently to put my loan in default. I contacted them regarding the denial of service attack to inform them of just that and was not able to speak with anyone in the correct department because the representative would not stop asking for money. Instead of listening to the reason for my call the representative spoke over me. It took another call to the number associated with the denial of service and immediately the woman on the other end said "is the (my name)?"

Without verifying account information to them I agreed. Obvious that I have my own number on the dialing system. After being told that they are allowed six calls a day I was able to finally ask the woman to check the logs. The management got involved after notice of more than six calls. My number was taken off the auto dial system. Doubt it. It is legal for six calls a day somehow but something tells me that it is not legal for them to cause denial of service in order to speak to me.

Very unprofessional and unwilling to understand that I do not have a job they continue to harass. Interest rates through the roof. How am I ever going to afford the price. The original amount was high enough but now with the interest they are making just as much as the original loan started as in interest alone. One or two loans? I thought I needed them for only one. Rip off. They are a very bad company with one objective which is to make me poor. What is being done to correct the problems I am complaining about and the problems similar that others have submitted?
