We have been in contact with Sandy Seskin and have received a similar offer in regard to our mine. We have not completed negotiations.

Mr. Seskin contacted us and advised he wanted to invest in our gold mining venture. He then advised he was waiting on two investors who would give him money, then he advised he was selling two bonds and would make a commission, then he advised he had a veteran housing project being funded and he would take money from that project and fund us, then he advised he had another investor who wanted to invest $40 million into our mining project and he would give the investor 10% and he would keep 40% then he wanted us to give him 40% of the investment funds when we received them.
