Save My Home USA Loan Modification Scam Madison Heights Michigan

Started the loan modification process with Save My Home USA in March. We were guaranteed by Mike Miller that we would be working with real estate attorneys. In the 4 months we were trying to work with Save My Home we never spoke to an attorney. 1st warning of a scam. We were lied to repeatedly by Luke, Cynthia, and Ursula. Our bank denied our first loan modification, but we were never told. Then we were told that we would be signing loan docs in June, after repeatedly being told that everything "was with their lawyers." After we talked with our bank we discovered that they would only put us in to a repayment plan, not a loan modifcation. That had reported this to Save My Home, but they once again failed to tell us this. They lied to us repeatedly, failed to add our 2nd mortgage, and Cythia sent us an email insulting us between her and another worker. All of this should have violated the contract on their end. But they claim to think they did nothing wrong and have refused to refund our $500 fee. This company needs to be stopped. They are a loan mdofication terrorist and are stealing money from innocent Americans. Because of them I am now facing the possibility of losing my home. Do not go with this company. If you have, file a complain with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, and the Michigan Attoreny General. This is only way to stop companies like this and make them pay for what they have done.
