I was told the could help us save our home, by them negotiating with our lender, and they are a group of attorneys, so the lender would sooner negotiate with them.
I paid a fee of approximately $3,000.00. Received six emails, some stating that they were negotiating with our lender to lower our interest rate and get back on track with our mortgage payments at a lower rate.
They have been mostly in contact we me not my spouse so the last email stated that they tried to call him, but not available to take call.
I haven't heard anything from them since that last email which was about 4 months ago. I tried sending an email, which was returned. The phone numbers are disconnected.

If you had $3,000 to spend on a bunch of lawyers, why didn't you pay your mortgage?
