I ordered a set of five custom keys through one of saveology.com's deals. Later found out that business offering deal only made keys for certain locks, not mine. When business owner learned this, he offered to contact saveology to start refund process. They didn't contact me for at least a week. I sent another email, they finally responded after two weeks and said they would refund within 5-7 business days.

That was almost a month ago and I've gotten no refund, plus they have ignored my very rational emails. Do not patronize this company unless you want to be lied to and have your money tied up if there's a problem. Also, they have no phone number so you can call and speak to an actual person. That should be illegal when they are taking your money. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and their local Chamber of Commerce. They are SHADY!!
