I purchased a waterproof mattress protector on 06/22/2012. I never received any confirmation from the company. They said it can take up to 10 business days for delivery. I waited for 1 whole month. I tried to call them to see what is going on with my order. Nothing was shipped! Said will email me to follow up. Never did! Called back again and asked for a refund. Did not want to refund, was told they are waiting for manager approval. Was told they will call back and let me know. They never called back. I am still trying to get my refund! This site is a scam!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Credit card?

AUTHOR: Flynrider - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, July 30, 2012

If you paid with a credit card, just file a dispute with the card company.   They'll reverse the transaction and allow the company a chance to prove that they sent you your item.  When they can't do that, the reversal will stand.

If you're going this route, don't delay and don't let the seller put you off.  There is a time limit on when you can dispute a charge (varies from 60- 90 days, by bank).
