Saveology Cancellation Scam Internet

Hopefully you are not too late.  Do not sign up for this service.  It is very difficult to cancel and even when you do, you will still be charged.  Here is my story.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial and called up the next month to cancel.  You cannot cancel online, you have to do it by phone and be prepared to hear a massive sales pitch and be on hold for 10-30 minutes.  I finally cancelled and was suspicious, so I actually wrote down the confirmation code I received (which I normally do not do).  Thank God I did.  I continued to receive charges on my credit card for the next 4 months (which I did not notice because my credit card is auto pay). 

I called today again to inquire why I was still being charged.  The "representative" could not find any record of my cancellation.  I gave her the confirmation code from before and "it did not show up in her records."  I asked to speak to her supervisor.  Miraculously, she comes back on and was able to find it after all.  It was reportedly on a "different system."  She was able to refund 2 months and her supervisor would have to refund the other 2 months.  STAY AWAY!!.
