Saving Makes Money withdrew $87.00 from my bank account Internet

Saving Makes Money withdrew $87.00 from my checking account for membership I never signed up for.When I called the company they have a system in place that will not allow you immediate refunds.You must go on line and copy a refund form.The form states that you may cancel for a refund within three days of your order.Here is the catch.They said my order was on the 12th. but , they didn't  charge my account until the 17th.In this way they never have to give a immediate refund.I don't even know what the company is supposed to do for me??? I do know they now have me in a syatem that will take me at  well over 30 days after I receive my bank statement. to get my money back. 

They are a disgrace and  using the internet for dishonest gains.They have all the answers when you call and forms to fill out on line, waitng periods, and lots of paper work to get your oney back.This is a perfect storm to discourage older seniors, from going through the process.

This company represents everything that is wrong with doing business with an internet company.
