ScratchGiftClaim Scratch gift was to send me a voucher for 3 day airline travel, 2 night hotel and a $100.00 Amazon gift card which never arrived. Nationwide

I attended a seminar at the Holiday Inn in Maple Grove on Sat. June 30th MN. I listened to a pitch to join a Retail Club where you could buy travel, cars, and things for the home such as windows, granite, etc. at a very reduced price by becoming a member which involved a memebership fee.

As gift for listening to the pitch I was given a ticket through ScrathGiftClaim with a voucher number of F-115054, Date Issued: 6/30/2018. I registered on the ScratchGiftClaim website for the gift the day I was issued the certificate.  The gift promised was 3 days travel anywhere in the US, 2 days hotel, and a $100.00 Amazon Gift Card. It states that I agree to pay $150.00 for this gift, which I agreed to.

It states to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, but I have never received the gift. I went to the website to follow-up but there is not an opportunity to get their contact information for anything. I tried registering for the gift again, but it states that it has been redemmed when I put in my voucher number. I called the number on the website that it states to call if you win one million dollars in cash and explained my situation and asked for them to call me, but no-one has returned my call. 

How do I contact this company to receive the gift they promised me?
