Since July 2007 we have not had one correct billing. None of the payments we made from July 2007 to March 2008 were propertly credited. The received a "final payment" check sent certified we never received credit.

We have contacted Attorneys General in Illinois, Utah (where their parent company Icon is located) and our in Washington State. Neither SAI or Icon will respond to any of the letters or calls from the Attorney Generals Offices.

Now Anderson Crenshaw & Associates is the collection agency representing these 2 firms.

All 3 firms on your RipOff report and have been reported to the Better Busines Bureau as well.

First Line Security Alarm Co. & Security Associates International, Inc. (SAI) Monitoring Company FirstLine, damaged my wall and caused deep gashes in my 'new' wood floor, the declared bankrupt.
