I bought a stick that is supposed to search a computer for porn and it did not have the software on it.  I tried calling the customer service number and its just a answering machine.  I left a message and e-mailed them.  The phone message was never answered but one I left 10 minutes later saying I wanted to buy alot of products was answered no problem.

The e-mail I sent said that I left a voice message on their machine and I did not get an answer and their response was we dont have a machine.  wtf.  They did not read my e-mail just a peice of it because he said you will not get a refund because you formatted the usb and I wrote back and told them I dont know what country your in but you need to read the e-mail.  The problem I had was when I inserted the USB it says for me to format it before using it.

I get a response from him saying we are in the country of Minnesota or Massechusets.  Guy is so rude well this was supposedly his wife Janice but after reading all the complaints I think it is the same person.  Nobody can be this terrible at dealing with his customers.   His unconditional guarantee is only that untill you want to return it and there are 100 conditions.

There is no address for him on his website and when you google him on the net he has a web page that says ripp off report is a fraud and that we are all liars.  I need to thank him for pointing me to this site.  The guy is a real peice of work and it is my belief he is sellnig chinese knock offs because he is selling what he says is new product at half the price of the company and it doesnt work AND he is not on the company's web site of people to actually sell it.
