I received an email notification from PayPal that a charge went against my Account. I have never heard of this organization and I certaintly did not authorize any payment.
You sent an automatic payment to SeekVerify. Here are the details:
Amount: $39.95 USD To: SeekVerify For: Recurring Payments Customer service URL: seekverify . com Customer service email: support@seekverify.com Customer service phone: 888-324-0755

I sent a request for refund however have not received a reply.

As I said earlier, I have NEVER signed on to your organization. I have NEVER even heard of you and have no reason whatsoever to use the services. I have emailed you to the support email account twice and have heard nothing back, not even a noreply response or acknowledgement.
I have also reported the transaction to the PayPal fraud department.
I will continue to pursue this until I receive the refund from you to my PayPal account.
