Serafano Enterprises ripoff Plantation Florida

I am a 69 year old woman living on my social security, which Joe Serafano was told. I started with AdPro on 6/28 ($750.)and have sent over 16.5 million ads thru 8/15. I have used 3 ads (Be your Own Boss, Pharmacy business and Mortgages). I have not had one answer but felt I had to keep trying because of my investment. The tech support people told me sometimes it takes awhile for the replys to come in.

I have never been able to reach Joe Serafano since signing the contract, have only spoken with techs, mostly John. I was not really surprised when I received the email re "ripoff" alert.

Have not been able to reach Ad Pro Office by phone, seems to be very busy. Also, the 866-9-NO-SCAM number does not answer. Must be a Florida only number. Is there a national number I can try?

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to settle things with this company, as they gave me so many assurances before I signed with the, but I guess that is what they do. Also, the three subjects used in the initial conversation have never become a part of their program.
