SFL Nutrition LLC fraudulently charged credit card $88.62 after using for free sample + $5.59 postage Boca Raton, Florida

Spoke with Fraud division of the US Post Office - Not sure the woman was correct since this is nationwide...but she says it is not mail fraud, it is identity theft ?? Well it could be when they send your credit card number to different sham company names after you have notified the cc
company to block any charges from the original company which billed you.

You have no choice but to close the account to stop them from billing $86.00 every week . If you dont close that account and get a different card they will contunue billing. This is all across the country.

spoke with Attorney General office of Florida. the whole scam they believe is originating with a LAWYER in Utah !!! And they are working on a civil suit against him because their officre is not able to bring criminal suits. They have been in touch with the Attorney General of the State of Utah and suggest we write this Utah attorney General as well as filing
a complaint with the State's Attorney in our own county.

Seems to me since this is both a nationwide scam and interntional too - your billing is going offshore - that the FBI should be able to bring criminal charges. So if enough people call the FBI maybe we'll get somewhere.

In answer to my email demand for refund of unauthorized charge of
$89.62 to AcaiberrySupreme.com I have just received an automated
email (which says nothing) but I see they are connected to

NETCAREPHARMACIES.COM

When you go to the url www.netcarepharmacies.com you find the address is no longer in use but has been "parked" at Go-Daddy.com
which is the same place all the scam acaiberry stuff has domains.

I have discovered that AcaiberrySupreme.com is a registered domain with
GoDaddy.com as are the many other sites they use.

I have written a complaint to GoDaddy suggesting that they discontinue
the use of their domains by these people...they are hiding their true names and addresses by using GoDaddy as their proxy address.

If you go to GoDaddy.com and put in AcaiberrySupreme.com then click on who is you will find GoDaddy's proxy address and at the bottom a
contact to email Go Daddy. I suggest sending the e mail to Go Daddy
telling them this company does not answer its's phone, does not cancel orers, and once it gets your credit card number they continue to charge
$88.62 again and again even though no product has been ordered , and there has been no way to stop them since they dont answer the phone, or return messages left.
