Acai Berry Supplement Scam - I have been trying to receive my credit for $88.62 from this company that had misleading order information to begin with. If you do not cancel in small print on second page they charge you this amount when you think you are getting a free trial and only paying for shipping. When you try to cancel and get your money back they have made it impossible to do so with customer service numbers that went unanswered even after waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes. I have made several attempts to get my money back via there cust svc phone number or the new mytrialsupport.com live customer service chat and have spoken with people who make empty promises of my credit or just give you bad information or just not helpful at all. Please beware of this scam. This company is opening up other scam companies and these type of companies should be held accountable for these illegal actions to consumers!! Total fraud!
