I ordered an Ionic Breeze from sharper Image... It't didn't work so I returned it... They replaced it with another... It didn't work either so I sent it back requesting a refund of my money... I requested by phone and by mail...

Sharper Image sent me a card stating they had received the Ionic Breeze and a refund would be had in 10 days... They sent me a Merchandise Certificate for the amount owed to me... Not redemable for cash...

I called them 5 times rquesting my money back... 3 times I was told it is on it's way... 2 times I was put on hold til the phone disconnected... I have ordered numerous times from them...

In Nov. 2004 I ordered Rythm Sticks they didn't work so Sharper Image said they would replace them... They never did... I ordered a men's groomer from them It did't work also a car Ionic Breeze...

Anyway thats just some of the stuff I was suckered into buying from their catalog... All I want is a refund... They won't send it... I do not want this Merchandise Certificate to buy more junk from them... I want my money back...
