I know this may seem like an unusual email but I am very frustrated with the lack of a response from an internet site i ordered some toys from back in August.

I saw your quote on the Michael Vick Dog Chew toy. It says "Fennelly-Trudo said she's glad to finally have it. and admits it looks a lot like Vick." I thought i would reach out to you to see if you can shed some light on the situation with Jaime Salcedo, the owner of the site.

On August 6th i ordered and paid for 3 Dog Chew toys. Sometime in September I got a message or saw the posting on his site that the shipping was delayed because the toys had lead in them from China and he was looking for a new vendor. I then got an email saying my ship date was late in October. I have never received the toys. I left at least 6 voicemails and sent at least 10 emails. Jaime has never responded to any of them. I did get a 'automated' reply email but have never received the toys.

Who is Fennelly-Trudo? What is the context of the quote? Did this person have trouble getting their order shipped? Any insight you can give me would be appreciated.

PayPal will refund the money because it is more than 45 days from the payment date. I explained the shipping delay to them but they still cant help. They suggested filing reports with www.ic3.gov (an FBI site that investigates Internet fraud) and www.usacops.com (file a report with my police dept and the PD in Jacksonville FL).

I'll do this if i have to but I really just want the toys. I thought it would be worth a shot asking for your input first once i saw your quote on his site.
