I place two separate orders for 3 toys each on 8/7/07. Paid immediately with Paypal. I received the same stall tactics that everyone else did here, through emails that stated "they couldn't find a manufacturer to make the prototype to meet their high standards of quality", then it was "we found the manufacturer, but the orders are so backlogged, shipments will be delayed until late September". Then, it was "with the recent scares about lead paint in Chinese products, we're going to do more testing to make sure that our products are safe, so shipments will be further delayed." And then it was "we've finally got the okay, but because of further delays, shipments won't start until late October."

Finally, an email stated that everyone would receive via email, shipping and UPS tracking information. I didn't receive anything, and by early November tried numerous times to email the customer service address, only to get an automated response that I should have received a shipping schedule, or to refer to the shipping schedule posted online. I tried to call their customer service number, but got a message that the mailbox was full. I then tried through Paypal to get a refund. They told me that because it was over 45 days since the money transferred in and out of my account, they would do nothing to try to get a refund.
