I have the same story. I orded 3 toys in August and didn't hear from them until October when I got an email saying they would be shipping my toys on 6 October. I still haven't received them. There is no phone number to call them and emails get a standard reply, here is the exact reply. The problem is this is the second time they have sent this lying email. Here is what they send:

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. Based upon your most recent email(s). You are seeking information pertaining to the delivery of your order for the Vick Dog Chew Toy.
Almost everyone received a Delivery Schedule. There have been some that did not. This does not mean you are not getting your order.
We have arranged for you to receive a Tracking Number from UPS, when your package is shipped. The Package is coming from s****.> If you have received shipping a schedule, and you have not received your package, there may be several reasons why it is delayed. Please do no panic. We are getting some of these package back and are finding errors in the addresses, or in some cases, they is no one home to accept the package. We will make the necessary corrections and re-deliver at no extra charge. I understand you have been very patient and we appreciate it but, bombarding us with emails will make it difficult for us to answer our customers in a timely manner. So hang in there. We are doing our best to sort this out in a timely manner.
