Having Ken and Kristen being associated with your company will cause you to lose any reputation with the public. Many people have been ripped off by Kristen and Ken, so why would you hurt your business by even letting them work for you? Seems like they are teaching you the ways of how to collect a bunch of money and then start running away with out giving the clients their product.

What I do know is that the BBB is a joke, they care nothing about the consumer, they are there to support the cash cow which is the companies who are members of their organization, they have no power to do anything but shuffle papers around.

As for the Registra of contractors they are a little better than the BBB but not better, probably because they are goverment run and short handed like all other goverment organizations are.

All I can say to those that have chosen to believe these lies, is to please also check legitimate sites such as the Maricopa Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the Arizona registrar of contractors, You'll find that not only have I never had a complaint in my name but that ESTATE SHUTTERS INC. has also never had any type of report or complaint filed against it, in any legitimate way, shape or form.
