Simply Sellular They Lie! Internet

Sent in two cell phones that were less then a year old and fully functional. They claim there was water damage to one based on an internal sticker that changes color when exposed to water or humidity. Phone was never in a position to be exposed to water or humidity.

Prior to sending them in I had them checked at a local cell phone store and they were both fine. If you want to sell your used stuff, find someone else, these people are liars and someone at there place probaly made the indicator change color when they opened it.

They offered to send it back for $10 or they could recycle it for free...I think that means they will resell it at a huge profit now that they got it for free.

Rip-off company!
