Yes, in all 15 phones, they found a defect. Their website estimated that I receive about $100 for my sent-in phones. They ended up giving me a whopping $7.50 for my 15 phones I sent in. This company is simply retarded. Crooks.

I apologize your experience wasn't up to your expectations. However, per the terms and conditions of the offer, we have to test each phone to determine functionality and defects before issuing payment. When each phone is tested, you are sent an automatic email saying the phone tested out fine, or what problems occured during testing. If there are issues with the phone, we aren't able to pay full price and we then pay a percentage of the full price. We then send you an email and give you the option of having your phone sent back if you don't accept the price and evaluation, or if it is a functionality issue we give you a chance to tell us if you have a certain way of getting that particular phone to work correctly.
