I also put my trust and cellphone into this company's hands, only to be ripped-off.

I sent them the cellphone expecting to be paid the full amount promised. But received an e-mail stating that since the phone was 'worn-out' they could only offer me 75% of the original offer. The phone worked fine; I checked it out before mailing it to these scam-artists.

Oh yeah, I'm sure in the follow-up rebuttal they will be posting on this website, I'll get the obligatory form letter they post to all complaints. Sure, they will send the phone back if you don't like the offer, but for a charge of $7. It's a win-win for them: you have to accept the knocked-down offer, in which case they come out ahead, or if you don't like it, and want the phone back, they get $7. Or the best-case scenario for them is if you tell them to shove the offer and don't do a thing. They get your phone absolutely free and laugh all the way to the bank.

I will be contacting Senators and US Representatives in California, the FTC California Attorney General and US Attorney General.

It's time to tear down their little playhouse.
