take my advise buy your mattress else where !!!! i got stuck with a bad mattress and the only thing they care about is how far the mattress sags when nobody is in it!! my mattress sags almost to the boxspring and i'm not a heavy person! i am virtualy sleeping in a vally! but they don't want to here about it!
i have contacted my friend who is a lawyer and we are in the process of a class action suit!

Sleepy's has ripped me off!

I have had a similiar situation. I bought a mattress from Sleepy's in Flushing Queens. I spent
$2, 437.33. The sales person said that if i bought a cover to protect it I would have a lifetime warranty. He also told me that I had a month to return the mattress if i wasn't satisfied. I called the store within a month and I had a similar problem. The mattress sunk with me in it almost all the way to the boxspring. I am not a heavy person and if my partner was in it there was a huge gully that gave both of us a backproblem. As a result I have called customer service. They refused to honor their return policy and refused to acknowledge that they sent me a defunct mattress. I have called them and threatened to sue.
They finally sent someone over from with a string and a ruler to measure how deep the mattress is WITHOUT anybody in the mattress, which is besides the point. I have gotten the run around and ABSOLUTELY NO HELP what so ever. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE, I NEED A GOOD LAWYER TO HELP WITH THIS LAWSUIT. PLEASE CONTACT ME MY NAME IS MELISSA.

hello my name is steve. i am the one who filed the original complaint! the worker submits a rebuttal that looks like they are trying to help you. this way in this report it looks like they are trying to resolve the problem when in fact they aren't doing a dam thing except giving us a run around and lying about it on this site!
the first mattress they sent us was total garbage. after many weeks of wasted phone calls and making threats to them did they finnally give us a store credit which we reluctantly excepted. so we went back to the store and worked out a price for an up grade to a stearns and foster.
at the check out time i presented the store credit slip to the salesman and he got all pissed off at me because i didn't give him the credit slip before we picked out the one we wanted, then he had to call the main office to process my transaction and the manager on the other end started to yell at him for not getting the store credit slip from me before the sale!
what does that tell you! after all the crap we got the mattress and there is a metal spring sticking out so i tucked it back in and called for an exchange. my wife called them yesturday morning and they said they would call us back before 6:00pm well we are still waiting.
i can't say it enough times DON'T BUY FROM SLEEPYS, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!i am going back to my original plans from the first ordeal. and that is a class action suit and i am going to launch my new web site. it will be up and running in about 1 week i already have purchased the domain and have it parked so i just have to activate it! anybody who had a problem i would love to hear from them! anytime after april 20 2007 you can log on.
