I booked a reservation with Smart Fares.

They tried to sell me travel insurance and I refused.  They said they were putting in travel insurance for free.

I check my bank account and I had been charged for Insurance.  I called to complain an demanded that they make no further charges to my card.  They then charged my card another $98.00.

They have a 12 hour refund policy published on their website.

I demanded a full refund over the phone and via email multiple times within 4 hours of the original call and they refused to honor their policy.

They are guilty of misrepresentation, Insurance fraud, breech of contract and more.

 

Do not do business with these liars and thieves.

Smart Fares Used both Smart Fares and Jet Fly in the conversation Bought a one way ticket to Phoenix, Az for9-10-17 on Frontier.Was unable to ever get a email confirming this purchase . Spent 3 hours trying their various lines so used their buy ticket number to even get anyone to answer . Then was told they must have the wrong email address and they would transfers me . Was left out in cyber space ??? Canceled my credit card to void this transaction Internet
