Stainsafe rips of the consumers that purchased their warranty, and the service companies that serviced their customers. My company is in the same position as many others nationwide that provided service to their customers and did not get paid. They owe us aprox 12,000.00 with NO intents to pay.

Lets see they are in a finiancil bind, they are trying to set up a payment plan, that is per Sreve Freidman one of the companies owners, that promise was made in October of 2004, since then we saw a check for 350.00 in late December. It floors me that they can get away with this, everyday on some venue or another there is some sort of complaint about Stainsafe. Do not purchase their warrenty when buying a waranty from a retailer ASK who the warrenty is through if it's Stainsafe DECLINE to buy it.
